My Favorite Hobby:
Writing

I'm not sure when writing became by favorite hobby or when I even began to enjoy it as much as I do now but I can remember when I first got interested. I started writing poetry in the 3rd grade. Nothing really deep just some fun poems about me and my best friend Rebecca or bugs. I started writing stories in 2004 after picking up a story-line from another friend of mine. She had only written about 3 or 4 sections/chapters of what is now my story published on Quizilla.

It's a little unprofessional and you'd only understand if you knew the characters. It's actually a fan fiction of YuYu Hakusho. My writing on Quizilla has made me lots of friends who like my writing and like where my story line is going. I currently have two published "books" and three stories currently going. My published "books" are the first two "books" of my series. The first is "As Snow Meets Fire" which contains 30 chapters, introduces a basic plot, and sets up my story line for a sequel. The second "book" in my collection is "Crossroads" which is shorter with only 11 chapters. "Crossroads" takes place in a different setting with only a few similar characters. It plays an important part in the plot of the story by revealing secrets for the reason behind "Do You Believe In Fate?", the final chapter of "As Snow Meets Fire". I think it may annoy my readers that I'm taking so long to finish up my series but I think they also enjoy that I'm a slow writer because if I finished it at the end of "As Snow Meets Fire" or "Crossroads" they might be disappointed that I didn't develop the plot as well as I'm doing by making it so long. They might even be sad because there are times when I threaten to cancel and they all freak out about it. Which is why I'm currently working on my third "book" of this series. It's called "Angel Eyes" and if you read the first two "books" then you would understand why it is titled with this name.

My other two currently running "books" are "Lost in Time" which is an Inuyasha Fan fiction and "Silence", the story of a little girl who's life is full of suffering. "Silence" will probably be my longest running story since a new chapter of that only comes out once a year. It currently has three chapters but each chapter contains three different ages, setting up for what's to come in future chapters and giving a total detailed background of the little girl's memory.

I really love writing, not only for myself, but for my friends as well. I enjoy the feeling I get knowing I made my friends happy with my stories and poems. I currently have two poems published by Creative Community in two different editions of their Young Poets books. Writing is a fun and easy way for me to express my feelings and nobody has to even read it. Just writing down my thoughts and feelings makes everything seem a whole lot better.
